and/or printed, by hundreds of combinations such as by zip code, business type, SIC code,

CSM has powerful support for Group Ticket Sales.
Ticket usage information can be downloaded,
from ticketing systems such as Ticketmaster, into the system with information
regarding season ticket holders, call center and credit card purchasers.
CSM's robust Scheduling/Calendaring system
is second to none. It provides an efficient way for employees (especially Sales) to
plan and track their appointments. Managers can view the calendars of their employees to better
manage their efforts.
A daily list of "To-Do's" reminds the user
of tasks to be completed.
CSM has a standard data import feature.
This will allow you to import data from your existing system. Custom imports are available
to suit your particular data.
